Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DevHub mobile and desktop applications and related APIs (“Service”). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
DevHub provides collaboration features tied to GitHub repositories you connect: messaging, notes, tasks, snippets, reviews, and notifications.
The Service depends on GitHub availability and your GitHub permissions. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Eligibility and account
You must have a valid GitHub account and legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure.
Acceptable use
Do not use DevHub to violate law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, harass others, or attempt to break or overload the Service.
Do not scrape or reverse engineer the Service except where law explicitly allows.
You must comply with GitHub’s Terms of Service when using GitHub through DevHub.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant DevHub a license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and your collaborators.
You represent that you have rights to content you post and that it does not violate these Terms.
Third-party services
GitHub, Apple, and cloud infrastructure providers are third parties. Their terms and policies apply to your use of those services.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVHUB AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Service operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
